In case you hadn’t already heard, Madden 10 decided to take the route of giving a DLC code for ‘online franchise’ mode with new copies of Madden, much like how Gears of War 2 did this with their classic map pack. But apparently, people are reporting not getting their DLC code with their new game purchase – specifically people outside of the North America.

Many reports were showing up on EA’s forums, but EA was quick to respond to Joystiq regarding the situation. “We are aware of the situation and we’re working towards a solution right now,” EA’s Rob Semsey said. While the code is supposed to show up on the back of the game’s manual, EA is blaming the problems on the “printing process of the manuals,” malfunctioning.

So if you’re one of the unfortunate few affected by this, odds are contacting EA’s customer support line is going to be your best bet.
